Shawvik Das has joined Happilo as Head of Operations & Supply Chain, a premium D2C healthy food brand. Shawvik Das, who has over two decades of experience in the field, will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of operational and supply chain strategies.
Shawvik Das will be responsible for Manufacturing, Technical Projects, New Product Expansions, and Supply Chain at Happilo.
His goal for the company is to make it India’s most popular dry fruit and snacking brand.

A goal-oriented and collaborative professional with experience managing various manufacturing units across several geographies. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has overseen every aspect of the business, including production, quality, maintenance, and projects, as well as planning, logistics, and warehousing, product and technical innovation, statutory and legal compliance, and supply chain management. He is responsible for the construction of new factories and the start-up of more than 20 greenfield and brownfield plants.
Shawvik, a graduate of IIT Kharagpur, began his career with Mother Dairy and has since worked for ITC Ltd., Pepsico, Jubilant Foodworks Ltd., Guiltfree Industries, and Oam Industries Pvt Ltd. (BU of Haldirams Nagpur).
