WNS Global Services, part of Capgemini, has announced the appointment of Thomas Joseph as Chief People Officer (CPO).
Joseph assumed the role in March 2026 and will oversee the global people and talent strategy for over 66,000 employees across 65 locations, spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and Latin America.
