PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, has announced the appointment of Amrita Pandey as Group HR Head.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, organisational development, and HR governance, with a strong focus on building leadership capabilities and enabling long-term, scalable growth.

Amrita Pandey will be responsible for:

Extensive Experience Across Industries
Amrita brings over 18 years of experience across sectors including technology, financial services, and integrated services. She has a strong track record in:
- Leading large-scale organisational transformation
- Building high-performance teams
- Managing global workforce operations
- Implementing HR automation and governance frameworks
Prior to joining PB Fintech, she served as Director – Human Resources at Park+, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.
Proven Leadership in Global Workforce Management
Earlier in her career, Amrita held the position of Senior Vice President & Group HR Head at Tenon Group, where she managed a workforce of over 70,000 employees across India, the UK, and Singapore.
During her tenure, she led:
- Culture integration across multiple businesses
- Workforce planning and performance management systems
- HR strategy across diverse international markets
She has also held leadership roles at prominent organisations such as Yatra Online, NIIT Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Info Edge, gaining deep expertise in M&A integration and HR digitisation.
