Panasonic Life Solutions India (PLSIND) has announced the consolidation of its Industrial Devices Division (INDD) and Energy Solutions Division (ESD) into a single entity – Panasonic Industry & Energy India (PIDEIN). The strategic merger is designed to enhance business agility, elevate customer experiences, and strengthen the company’s long-term growth roadmap in India.
Leadership and Structure
The newly formed PIDEIN will be headed by Narayan Kumar, who has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer (CBO). Formerly the Divisional Director of INDD, Kumar brings deep expertise in B2B domains and will report directly to Tadashi Chiba, Managing Director and CEO, Panasonic Life Solutions India.
