A Seasoned Leader with Over Three Decades of Experience
With more than 30 years of experience across banking, financial services, and consumer loyalty, Subramanian brings deep expertise in product management, digital transformation, sales and distribution, marketing, operations, and business innovation.
Prior to rejoining Dvara KGFS, he led key product portfolios at Karnataka Bank and Suryoday Small Finance Bank. His career also includes leadership roles at HDFC Bank, Global Trust Bank, Reliance Mutual Fund, Reliance Capital, and IndiaFirst Life Insurance, along with a stint at AIMIA, a global consumer loyalty firm.
He has also ventured into entrepreneurship within the digital lending space, successfully launching large-scale, customer-focused financial products that cater to India’s evolving financial landscape.

A postgraduate in Management Studies (Finance) from Mumbai University, Subramanian is widely recognized for creating customer-centric financial solutions across diverse market segments.
His appointment comes at a time when Dvara KGFS is scaling rapidly across multiple states, leveraging an omnichannel, technology-enabled model to enhance access to financial services for rural households and micro-entrepreneurs.
