IndiaDotcom Digital (formerly Zee Digital), the digital division of Zee Media Corporation Limited (ZMCL), has announced the appointment of Sushant S Mohan as the Chief Editor and Business Manager. The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s editorial strategy while driving business growth across its digital platforms.
In his new dual role, Sushant will lead the editorial vision for IndiaDotcom Digital and spearhead initiatives focused on digital innovation, content leadership, and revenue growth. His appointment marks a strategic shift as the organization looks to evolve into a more agile, audience-focused, and digitally-forward news platform.
With over 15 years of experience in the digital and media sectors, Mohan brings deep expertise in content strategy, monetization models, and newsroom leadership. Prior to this, he served as CEO at DNA – Daily News & Analysis, where he led the publication’s digital-first transformation. His career includes pivotal editorial roles at Zee Media Corporation, Opera News, News18, BBC, Fever 104, Red FM, All India Radio, and DD Prasar Bharti, reflecting his broad experience across both private and public broadcasting.
