Siemens has named Indu Sharma as the Head of Corporate Communications, effective from June 1, 2024, as per a stock exchange filing. In her new role, Sharma will be relocating to Mumbai.
Indu Sharma is a seasoned public relations and integrated communications professional with over two decades of experience in corporate communications strategy, purpose communication, and brand storytelling across both corporate and agency settings.
Before joining Siemens, Sharma served as the Senior GM Communications at Schneider Electric, where she led various facets of communications, including Executive & Corporate Communications, Leadership Profiling, CSR and Sustainability Communication, and Internal Communications Branding. She also held the position of Head of Corporate Communications at Reckitt (formerly Reckitt Benckiser).
Sharma holds an Executive MBA from ICFAI University and a Master’s degree in Mass Communication. Additionally, she is a certified Digital Marketing professional.
