The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B) has appointed Girish Kulkarni as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Kulkarni brings a wealth of experience in information technology security to his new role. Prior to joining IIIT-B, he served as an information technology specialist at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).
His extensive career path also includes positions at organizations such as M/s SVPIMSR, HIMSS Asia Pacific India, Value Point Systems, Takshasila Healthcare, Cytecare Cancer Hospitals, Simplified Healthcare, and Columbia Asia Hospitals. This diverse experience equips him with a well-rounded understanding of information security needs across various sectors.
