Kimbal Technologies, formerly known as Crystal, has recently announced the appointment of Jaya Suri as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With a rich background in HR spanning various sectors including consulting, services, manufacturing, and education, Jaya brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
Having served as a strategic business partner in her previous positions, Jaya has been instrumental in driving the people strategy of organizations she’s been a part of. Her expertise lies in talent management, employee engagement and development, and crafting employee value propositions tailored to diverse workforces.
Expressing her enthusiasm, Jaya shared on LinkedIn, “I’m excited to start my new position at Kimbal Technologies (formerly Crystal) as CHRO.”
Prior to assuming the role of CHRO, Jaya served as a leader in people and culture at Kimbal Technologies, where she joined in June 2023. Her professional journey also includes significant roles at Lixil Asia, Gus Global Services, and Kohler, where she honed her skills and contributed to the growth and development of those organizations.
