Hitachi Energy India has named Neha Ahluwalia as its new Head of Human Resources.
Neha brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having held leadership positions in HR with a global, regional, and local focus. Her previous tenure at ABB has equipped her with comprehensive expertise spanning various aspects of HR, including Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and Shared Services, across different geographical locations.
With approximately 18 years of experience, Neha has successfully led extensive transformational change management initiatives and demonstrated exceptional project management skills, from conceptualization to execution.
Prior to her time at ABB, Neha also contributed her talents at HCL Technologies as an HR Business Partner. She initiated her career journey with Sierra Atlantic as a Project Trainee.
Neha’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Science, Udaipur, and a Master’s in HR from ICFAI University, Hyderabad.
This appointment comes at an exciting time for Hitachi Energy, coinciding with the inauguration of the new Hitachi Energy Global Technology and Innovation Center in Chennai. It’s important to note that this center is owned by Hitachi Energy Technology Services Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hitachi Energy Ltd., Switzerland.
