iD Fresh Food, a prominent and innovative fresh food brand in India, has introduced two new appointments to its leadership team. Megha Latawa has been welcomed to iD Fresh as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) responsible for both India and International Markets, while Enakshi Dasgupta has taken on the role of Head of New Business and New Product Development (NPD).
As the company, headquartered in Bengaluru, sets its sights on the next phase of its ambitious global growth journey, it places strong emphasis on robust leadership to bolster market presence, ensure effective team management, and maintain a keen focus on corporate governance.
Megha brings with her extensive experience as a seasoned HR professional, having worked across diverse sectors including manufacturing, ITS & ITES, retail, and e-commerce. Holding an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, she joins iD Fresh with a notable history of HR leadership roles at udaan, Aditya Birla Group, Infosys, and Vedanta.
Armed with fifteen years of valuable experience in the FMCG sector, Enakshi previously held the position of Category Head at Grupo Bimbo (Modern Foods) before joining iD Fresh as Head of New Business and NPD. Her career journey includes roles at Avon and Godfrey Phillips during her early years, followed by substantial involvement in new product development within the food and beauty categories, in addition to her responsibilities in brand management.

Last year, iD Fresh raised INR 507 crore in Series D round of funding, in one of the largest deals in the food start-up space. The round was led by NewQuest Capital Partners, a global private equity firm focused on the Asia-Pacific region, along with the existing investor, Premji Invest.
