Shemaroo Entertainment has recently welcomed Saurabh Srivastava as their new Chief Operating Officer – Digital Business. With an impressive background as the former Head of Product & Revenue Strategy for the Hindi Entertainment Network at Disney Star India, where he successfully spearheaded ad-sales revenue on linear TV.
In his new role at Shemaroo, Srivastava will be entrusted with the crucial task of propelling digital growth, implementing revenue strategies, and ensuring operational excellence, as stated in an official company announcement.

He will report to Shemaroo Entertainment’s CEO, Manish Chakravarty, and will be a part of the company’s Executive Committee.
Srivastava has a wealth of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with over 17 years of experience at companies such as Disney Star India, Marico, and Coca Cola India. At Marico, he was responsible for the P&L of the South East Asia business, and he also co-founded Studio Samsara in Malaysia, where he established an omnichannel model and developed a digital marketing strategy.
In his new role at Shemaroo, Srivastava will be responsible for driving digital growth, revenue strategy, and operational excellence. He will play a key role in helping the company to succeed in the evolving digital ecosystem.
