Jayant Kapre has been named managing director and chief executive officer of Bagrry’s India Private Limited, the top brand in the breakfast cereals and health food categories. Accelerating expansion and honing the brand’s competitive edge will be Kapre’s main priorities. In his capacity as MD & CEO, he will be in charge of developing and implementing a solid growth strategy for Bagrry’s.
He will serve as the brand’s leader as it cautiously enters newer categories that are consistent with its distinctive style. With players eager to invest extensively in the environment, according to Kapre, it is essential to establish product and business solutions that strike the correct balance. He believes that in order to drive growth, it will be essential for Bagrry to stand out from the competition and to uphold its brand promise.
