Wunderman Thompson India named Rajeshwari Rao as Sr VP and ECD

With effect from 9th January 2023, Rajeshwari Rao has been named Wunderman Thompson India’s Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director. Rajeshwari, who is based in Mumbai, will oversee the agency’s creative efforts for numerous significant projects, including the Unilever company. The agency is strategically trying to strengthen its creative leadership team, and Rajeshwari’s hiring coincides with this effort.

Rajeshwari has worked for nearly two decades with agencies such as Ogilvy, McCann, DDB, and BBH. Some of the brands he has worked on include L’Oreal, Mercedes, Brooke Bond, McDonald’s, and Garnier, to name a few.

Commenting on Rajeshwari’s appointment, Anurag Tandon, Managing Partner, Wunderman Thompson Mumbai, said, “Rajeshwari’s appointment comes at a time when we are looking at strengthening our creative output.
