Shemaroo Entertainment elevates Amit Haria as CFO

Amit Haria has been promoted as Chief Financial Officer of Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. (CFO). Amit was previously the Vice President of Accounts and Finance of Shemaroo and a significant member of the executive leadership team. Amit will be in charge of the company’s financial and business activities in his new position.

Shemaroo has been associated with Amit for about 15 years. He played a key role in the company’s successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2014. His skill in financial management and strategic planning has guaranteed that all systems are running smoothly and that compliance is strictly adhered to.

Amit has over 22 years of expertise in the field of finance and accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a University of Mumbai commerce graduate. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) (CISA). Raising financing, strategic/financial planning, management of offshore subsidiaries, crisis resolution, cash flow management, and liaising with banks are just a few of his primary talents
