Publicis In-Motion named Shonali Sharma as Head of Arc Worldwide’s Delhi Office

Shonali Sharma has been named the new Head of Arc Worldwide’s Delhi Office by Publicis In-Motion.

Publicis Groupe India’s specialist business, Publicis In-Motion, focuses on establishing brands through experiences and connection with consumers while they are on the move. Arc Worldwide, a division of Publicis In-Motion, specialises in brand activation, experiential engagement, and shopper marketing. Publicis In-competence Motion’s lies in generating ideas that motivate people to like, share, participate, advocate, and investigate companies, ultimately leading to purchase.

Shonali will lead an adept team of specialists as the Head of Arc Worldwide’s Delhi office, focusing on making Arc Worldwide a trusted partner for organisations looking to enhance their customer engagement across channels and platforms.

Shonali will work closely with ARC’s India leadership team, which is led by Pravin Vadhera.

Leading brands in India have chosen Arc as their partner of choice, including Diageo, Acko, Airtel, Isuzu, and HP, to name a few. The team most recently launched Airtel’s 5G experience by recreating Kapil Dev’s iconic 175-run performance from the 1983 Cricket World Cup with India’s first live 5G powered hologram in-stadia.

Shonali brings eighteen years of experience in experiential marketing, brand building, sports marketing, integrated marketing, and communication to the table.

She has worked for Candid Marketing Services, Ogilvy Action, and Cheil Communications in the past, as well as managing the PGAI Tour and introducing the Delhi Daredevils in the IPL. She has worked for a variety of companies, including telecom (Idea, Vodafone, Motorola), FMCG (Pepsi, Cadbury’s, Revlon, Samsung), and media (National Geographic, Discovery Networks), as well as technology (Microsoft, Lenovo), and pharma (Novartis). She has won various honours for her work.
