Shoppers Stop named Madhavi Irani as Customer Care Associate and Chief Content and Webcom Officer

Madhavi Irani has been appointed as Customer Care Associate and Chief of Content and Webcom Officer at Shoppers Stop, India’s leading premium fashion and beauty destination, with effect from April 1, 2022, to curate and develop out the brand’s content-to-commerce strategy.

Madhavi is a content and website management expert with over 25 years of expertise. To increase revenue growth, she specialises in content-to-commerce, omnichannel strategy, user experience, and engagement. She helped Nykaa create the onsite customer journey, guided selling formats, UGC-powered communities, and omnichannel content strategy as one of the company’s founding members. In a previous job, she worked for the “Times Group.”
