JioSaavn and hoichoi form a strategic partnership to offer users an OTT streaming bundle

JioSaavn, South Asia’s leading music and audio streaming service, has teamed up with hoichoi, the worldwide OTT leader for Bengali content, to offer a special OTT package to their consumers. Hoichoi’s goal of entertaining audiences in their original language, and JioSaavn’s commitment to providing a superior streaming experience to customers in regional markets with the most appropriate content offers, are exemplified by this latest alliance.

The annual package will allow users access to JioSaavn’s high-quality audio streaming repertoire, as well as premium regional entertainment material on the hoichoi platform, ranging from popular Bengali movies to original series.

Both OTT services will be offered in a 12-month bundle at a 30% discount, allowing customers to stream music from over 80 million tracks and watch over 2,000 hours of movies, including World Premieres and Classics, exclusive original series, features, docu-series, and more.

The partnership will boost organic subscriber growth for both platforms while also adding value to its consumers by providing a broader, more differentiated selection of streaming content, making it a win-win situation for all parties involved.

This partnership is also a notable development in the market. In the recent past hoichoi has attracted nation-level brands looking to tap deeper into regional Bangla-dominated markets and vernacular consumers while regional brands, on the other hand, have been partnering with JioSaavn to make hoichoi accessible and reach out to a wider audience base.
