Bengaluru-based Spoton Logistics Acquired By Delhivery. Delhivery has reported that it has obtained Bengaluru-based Spoton Logistics for an undisclosed sum to reinforce Delhivery’s current B2B abilities. Spoton Logistics began its excursion in 2012 when a private value firm ‘India Equity Partners’ purchased the homegrown business from TNT India. In 2018, Samara Capital and Xponentia procured Spoton from IEP, and presently with Delhivery’s obtaining, Samara and Xponentia are clearing out for cash.
