Pallavi Shastri has been named Vice President of Human Resources at TVS Motor Company.
She will be in charge of the HR function for the entire employee lifecycle, including talent recruitment, onboarding, welfare, engagement, and skilling, among other things. According to a statement by TVS Motor Company, Shastri is also key in spearheading the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
She has almost two decades of expertise in the field. She spent a year as Director of Human Resources at pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly & Company before joining TVS.
She has previously worked for Bosch for 22 years. She joined Bosch India in 1997 as a Senior Officer and rose through the ranks to become General Manager – Human Resources.
