Mumbai: Digital marketing and communications company YAAP Digital has appointed Raj Nayak as its new Chairman and Managing Director, following the passing of founder and former Chairman & Managing Director Atul Hegde on July 7, 2026.
The appointment was unanimously approved by the company’s Board of Directors and marks the beginning of a new leadership chapter for the organization as it continues its growth journey.

Raj Nayak has been associated with YAAP Digital as a member of its Advisory Board for the past two years, where he contributed to the company’s strategic planning and long-term business direction.

Beyond corporate leadership, Nayak has also played an active role in shaping India’s advertising and broadcasting industries.
His industry leadership includes serving as:
- President of The Advertising Club
