Prior to joining BT Group, she spent nearly 12 years at American Express, where she held several senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President & Head – Talent, Brand & Regulatory Affairs, along with being a Senior HR Business Partner for the Global Services Group.
During her tenure, she led key talent management initiatives and played a crucial role in strengthening HR strategies across India operations.

Rashi’s professional journey also includes leadership roles at GE Digital Energy, where she served as HR Head for the Digital Energy business. She has also worked with GE Capital as an HR Business Partner for the GE-SBI joint venture.
Additionally, she has held HR roles at HCL Technologies, supporting global teams across marketing, sales, technology, and corporate functions.
