In her new role, she will lead the people strategy and workforce planning for the company’s upcoming semiconductor fabrication (FAB) project—an initiative that plays a critical role in India’s ambition to build a domestic chip manufacturing ecosystem.

  • Most recently served at Schneider Electric as VP – HR for Global Supply Chain India
  • Led HR strategy across 21 manufacturing facilities
  • Managed talent, workforce planning, employee relations, and digital HR systems

She also held multiple leadership roles at Schneider Electric, including:

  • VP HR for India operations
  • HR leadership for global technology and innovation teams (6,000+ employees)

Global Leadership & Early Career

Arti has extensive international exposure, including:

  • HRVP and Talent Manager for Global Marketing in Hong Kong, focusing on leadership development across regions

Earlier in her career, she worked with:

  • India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd.
  • Sun Life Financial
  • Panasonic
