In her new role, she will lead the people strategy and workforce planning for the company’s upcoming semiconductor fabrication (FAB) project—an initiative that plays a critical role in India’s ambition to build a domestic chip manufacturing ecosystem.

- Managed talent, workforce planning, employee relations, and digital HR systems
She also held multiple leadership roles at Schneider Electric, including:
- VP HR for India operations
- HR leadership for global technology and innovation teams (6,000+ employees)

Arti has extensive international exposure, including:
- HRVP and Talent Manager for Global Marketing in Hong Kong, focusing on leadership development across regions
