- Managed HR programs in hybrid work environments
- Focused on performance management and people strategy
She also worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Strategic HR Business Partner, supporting a large workforce of over 3,500 employees, where she handled:
- Performance reviews
- Compensation planning
- Promotions and engagement
