Nidhi Bajaj brings more than two decades of experience across HR and business functions in multiple industries.

- Spent over 11 years at Concentrix, most recently as Associate Director – HR
- Played a key role in enhancing HR processes, talent systems, and data-driven decision-making
- Earlier worked at Wipro in roles including:
- Training Manager
- Deputy Manager
- Assistant Manager
Her early career in customer service and hospitality further strengthens her people-first leadership approach.

Nidhi Bajaj is currently part of the Emerging CHRO Program at Indian Institute of Management Indore, where she is advancing her strategic HR leadership capabilities.
