Mumbai, December 29, 2025: Cosmo First, a diversified business group with interests across Films, Sheets & Containers, Pet Care, Consumer Products, and Specialty Chemicals, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Jain as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Pet Care division, Zigly, and Head – Corporate Development.
In his new role, Saurabh Jain will spearhead the next phase of growth and expansion for Zigly, Cosmo First’s rapidly growing pet care brand. Additionally, he will lead the company’s corporate development initiatives, overseeing strategic growth projects, mergers, and acquisitions that the group may evaluate in the future.
Saurabh will work closely with Pankaj Poddar, Group CEO, Cosmo First, and Neeraj Jain, Group CFO, to strengthen the company’s strategic roadmap.

A Leader with Proven Global Experience
With over 16 years of experience across packaging films, investment banking, and corporate strategy, Saurabh Jain brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
He previously served as Global CEO (Overseas Business) at Jindal Films, and has also held leadership positions at SB Packaging, Wodehouse Capital, Religare Capital Markets, and Jaypee Capital.

Saurabh holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
