Lyric.ai has announced the appointment of Srilakshmi Kesari as its new Vice President and Country HR Head for India, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it prepares for accelerated growth in the region. Based in Bengaluru, Kesari brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, with deep expertise in talent engagement, organisational development, employee experience, and people strategy.
Before joining Lyric.ai, Kesari served as Head – HR (Talent Engagement & Development) at a major IT services organisation. In that role, she managed HR operations across multiple global delivery centres (GCCs) and led initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, learning & development, employee engagement, and talent capability building. Her strong background in driving large-scale HR programs is expected to play a vital role in Lyric.ai’s expansion plans.
At Lyric.ai, Kesari will be responsible for shaping the company’s HR vision, designing people-centric policies, strengthening the employer brand, and aligning workforce development with business objectives.
