Before joining Danone, Sharma spent nearly five years at Reckitt as Senior Global Brand Manager, where she played a pivotal role in building global brand strategies and consumer-first campaigns.

Her career also includes key leadership positions at Abbott, Mars, Whirlpool Corporation, and 3M India. During her time at Abbott, she successfully led OTC brands such as Digene and Brufen, delivering significant market share gains through impactful 360° campaigns.
