Xpressbees appoints Mohit Sardana as CEO of B2C division

Xpressbees, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider in India, has announced the appointment of Mohit Sardana as Chief Executive Officer – B2C. In this newly defined role, Mohit will lead the company’s business-to-consumer (B2C) operations, with a strategic focus on last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, and customer experience enhancement.

With over 20 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and digital transformation, Mohit Sardana brings extensive industry expertise to the role. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Zomato’s food delivery business, where he was integral to scaling operations and improving service delivery. He also played a key leadership role at Blinkit Commerce Private Limited, contributing to the company’s expansion in the fast-paced instant commerce sector. His earlier stints at MakeMyTrip and Accenture provided him with valuable insights into customer engagement, technology-driven solutions, and operational efficiencies.

Mohit holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. Outside his professional commitments, he is passionate about travelling, sports, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
