JSW Paints has announced the appointment of Rohit Talwar as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Paints, effective from the second half of August 2025. Talwar will be based at the company’s Mumbai headquarters and will report to Ashish Rai, CEO – Decorative Paints, who in turn reports to Parth Jindal.
Rohit Talwar’s Career Journey
Talwar joins JSW Paints after an extensive 21-year career at Castrol, where he held leadership roles across multiple geographies. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Castrol India (November 2023 – August 2025), following a successful stint as CMO for Vietnam.
