Mr. Bhardwaj joins Shree Cement with nearly 30 years of diverse experience in designing and implementing high-impact CSR programs across India and international markets. He has previously served as Group CSR Head at Indorama Corporation in Dubai, where he led global CSR initiatives spanning multiple sectors. His career includes significant contributions to the cement, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, showcasing a proven track record of driving community-centric development.

A strong advocate for sustainable change through inclusive programs and long-term partnerships, Mr. Bhardwaj’s leadership is expected to elevate Shree Cement’s CSR efforts, ensuring that its initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and lasting social value.

In his new role, Mr. Bhardwaj will lead Shree Cement’s CSR strategy, strengthen implementation frameworks, and build partnerships to expand the reach and effectiveness of its social initiatives. His appointment aims to align the company’s CSR programs with India’s national development goals, ensuring quality and transparency in every intervention.

Healthcare: Mobile medical vans, health centres, and improved access to essential services for underserved populations.
Education: Support for schools, infrastructure upgrades, and scholarships for meritorious students.
Women Empowerment: Vocational training, financial assistance for girls’ marriages, and fixed deposit schemes for newborn girls under the Sukanya program.
