Mr. Bhardwaj joins Shree Cement with nearly 30 years of diverse experience in designing and implementing high-impact CSR programs across India and international markets. He has previously served as Group CSR Head at Indorama Corporation in Dubai, where he led global CSR initiatives spanning multiple sectors. His career includes significant contributions to the cement, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, showcasing a proven track record of driving community-centric development.

In his new role, Mr. Bhardwaj will lead Shree Cement’s CSR strategy, strengthen implementation frameworks, and build partnerships to expand the reach and effectiveness of its social initiatives.
