Adani Emerges as India’s Fastest-Growing Brand in 2025: Brand Finance

The Adani Group has been recognized as India’s fastest-growing brand, achieving an impressive 82% surge in brand valuation over the past year, according to Brand Finance’s Most Valuable Indian Brands 2025 report. This remarkable growth places Adani at Rank 13, up from 16 last year, showcasing its robust momentum among India’s leading brands.

Massive Leap in Brand Value

Brand Finance, the London-based global authority on brand valuation, revealed that Adani’s brand value soared from USD 3.55 billion in 2024 to USD 6.46 billion (approximately INR 55,000 crore) in 2025. This year’s increase of USD 2.91 billion alone surpasses the entire valuation of the brand in 2023—highlighting Adani’s strategic clarity, resilience, and commitment to sustainable growth.

Methodology Behind the Ranking

Brand Finance’s annual rankings are built on a rigorous evaluation framework, combining:

  • Brand Strength Index (BSI): Measures consumer perceptions and behavioral insights.

  • Brand Impact: Reflected in the royalty rate applied to the brand.

  • Forecast Revenues: Estimates the brand’s future financial contribution.

These components provide a comprehensive view of a brand’s true market power.

Strong Growth Across Top Indian Brands

Alongside Adani’s stellar rise, Tata Group became the first Indian brand to cross USD 30 billion in brand value, reinforcing its dominance. Other top performers include Infosys, LIC, HDFC, and Reliance, all of which posted strong double-digit growth. Taj retained its position as India’s strongest brand, earning a AAA+ rating with a BSI score of 92.2/100. Food delivery giant Zomato made its debut among India’s top 50 most valuable brands.

In sustainability metrics, Tata topped the Sustainability Perceptions Value category, while Infosys led with the highest Positive Gap Value—highlighting the brands that consumers perceive as most aligned with sustainability and ethical practices.
