New Delhi, June 2025: In a strategic move to accelerate digital innovation and enhance client service delivery, Accenture has announced a major revamp of its growth model and global leadership structure, effective September 1, 2025. This transformation includes the appointment of Manish Sharma as the company’s first-ever Chief Services Officer and the launch of a new integrated business unit—Reinvention Services.
Manish Sharma to Lead Reinvention Services as Chief Services Officer
A 29-year Accenture veteran, Manish Sharma will head Reinvention Services, a newly formed business unit that consolidates Accenture’s diverse services under a unified structure. This model is designed to accelerate the development of cutting-edge industry solutions and embed data, cloud, and generative AI across its offerings. Sharma currently serves as CEO of the Americas, where he led the region to generate $30 billion in revenue in FY24. He is also a key member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Previously, Sharma played a crucial role as Global COO and Group Chief Executive of Operations, where he led the global transformation of client business processes and oversaw the creation of SynOps—Accenture’s AI-powered operations platform integrating AI, analytics, automation, and human ingenuity.
Reinvention Services: Focused on AI, Cloud, and Speed
According to Accenture, the Reinvention Services unit will enable the company to deliver greater value at a faster pace, with a strong emphasis on AI, cloud technologies, and platform-led innovation. The company will continue to operate across its key markets—Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific—while maintaining its industry-specific go-to-market strategy.
