Nippon Koei India has announced a significant leadership transition following its recent Annual General Meeting. The company has appointed G Sampath Kumar as its first-ever Indian Managing Director, marking a historic milestone in the organization’s journey.

Landmark Leadership Transition

Kumar, who has been an integral part of Nippon Koei India for over a decade as a Director, succeeds Katsuya Fukasaku, who will now transition to the role of Chairman. This leadership change reflects the company’s growing commitment to fostering local leadership and deepening its presence in India.

In addition to Kumar’s appointment, the company also welcomed Tetsuto Nakano and Takuya Nakagawa as new Directors, further strengthening its leadership team with diverse expertise and a global outlook.
