IndiaMART named Saurabh Deep Singla as Chief Human Resources Officer

IndiaMART, one of India’s leading online B2B marketplaces, has appointed Saurabh Deep Singla as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership transformation, Saurabh is poised to lead IndiaMART’s HR strategy and cultivate a high-performance culture across the company.

Before joining IndiaMART, Saurabh served as the Global Head of HR at upGrad, where he played a key role in shaping HR policies and talent strategies that supported the company’s rapid expansion. His extensive career also includes leadership roles at top organizations such as Ecom Express, Rio Tinto, Yum! Restaurants, Whirlpool, and Airtel, where he developed people strategies focused on innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

At IndiaMART, Saurabh will be responsible for overseeing all HR initiatives, including organizational design, leadership development, employer branding, and fostering a culture that prioritizes employee engagement and success. His expertise will be crucial in aligning IndiaMART’s business goals with forward-thinking HR practices, helping the company maintain its growth trajectory and strengthen its organizational culture.
