Sonia Kapoor has joined the role of Chief Business Officer at Condé Nast India, bringing with her over 25 years of extensive experience in digital, print, and broadcast media. In her new capacity, Kapoor will spearhead the sales teams, directing efforts towards achieving advertising revenue targets and crafting the company’s sales and marketing strategy for business development.

With her wealth of experience, she will lead the Sales teams in meeting advertising revenue targets, while shaping our sales and marketing strategy for sustained business growth. Sonia will play a pivotal role in securing commercial revenue, encompassing digital and print sales, branded content, social media, video, and events. Her invaluable expertise stems from her previous role as Head of Branded Content at Zee Media’s Innovation Studio.”
Previously, Kapoor held prominent positions including Business Head at The Focus Studio and Executive Vice President at Network 18, showcasing her adeptness in branded content monetization strategy. With her proven track record, Kapoor is poised to drive commercial revenue across multiple platforms, aligning with Condé Nast India’s strategic objectives. She will report directly to Sandeep Lodha, Managing Director of Condé Nast India.
