Fullerton India Named Rahul Bhardwaj As Chief Information Officer

Rahul Bhardwaj has been named Chief Information Officer and Head of Operations & Customer Service at Fullerton India Credit Company Limited (Fullerton India), a major Non-Banking Financial Company with a significant Pan-India presence. Rahul will be reporting to Pavan Kaushal, who is the Chief Operating Officer.

Rahul returns to Fullerton India after stint at Jio Payments Bank, where he was founding member of the team and oversaw operations for Jio Payments Bank and Reliance Payments Solutions Ltd. 
Rahul has worked for significant financial and technology institutions such as ICICI Bank, Aptech Internet, and Globus Stores during the course of his 25-year career.
Rahul spent 11 years with Fullerton India, where he held various leadership positions including Operations, Customer Service, and Technology. He was instrumental in conceptualising, designing, and implementing the company’s first comprehensive suite of IT applications. Rahul spearheaded the construction of a regional organisation and implemented a metrics-driven approach while working in Operations.
