A major milestone in her career includes leading the shift from manual HR systems to fully automated, future-ready frameworks—significantly improving efficiency and consistency across enterprises.
Throughout her career, Mishra has contributed to the HR evolution of marquee organisations such as Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, NTT DATA, Thoughtworks, and CBRE. Her deep domain knowledge and ability to streamline HR structures make her a valuable addition to BPE’s leadership team.
