Neha Ahuja, former Director and Head of Marketing at Spotify India, has been elevated to Director – Growth, JAPAC, where she will drive user expansion across Japan, Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

In her new role, Ahuja will focus on organic growth of free and premium users. Her responsibilities span strategy, marketing, product-market fit, and payments, with an emphasis on data-driven insights, experimentation, and cultural relevance.

Proven leadership across industries

She brings more than 20 years of marketing experience across FMCG, telecom, and media. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she rose to marketing manager for the oral care category, strengthening market share while boosting both revenue and profitability.

She then joined Vodafone, where she advanced to Vice President – Marketing and Partnerships. In this capacity, she led brand strategy, communications, digital initiatives, and strategic alliances, reinforcing Vodafone’s market presence.

At Spotify India, she played a crucial role in launching the platform in 2019, ensuring strong alignment with both global and local market needs. She built local organizational capability, spearheaded marketing campaigns, and consistently drove consumer growth and engagement.
