Leslie Dello Russo Appointed Chief People Officer at Beep

Effective December 2, 2024, Leslie Dello Russo will join Beep as the Chief People Officer. In her new role, Leslie will oversee full-cycle employment, company culture, employee development, and talent acquisition to support Beep’s mission of delivering transformative mobility solutions. With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources leadership, she has worked with a wide range of organizations from financial services giants to high-growth technology startups.

Leslie brings a wealth of expertise in organizational development, performance management, and leadership development. Her role at Beep will involve driving the company’s people strategy to ensure that Beep continues to attract top talent, develop leadership, and foster a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Before joining Beep, Leslie held leadership roles in human resources at Luminar Technologies and other prominent organizations, bringing a people-first approach to her work. A Harvard University-trained expert in Leadership and Organizational Development, Leslie is excited to support Beep’s growth by empowering its workforce.

Shawn Fallon Joins Beep as Chief Financial Officer

Effective January 2, Shawn Fallon will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Beep. As CFO, Shawn will lead Beep’s financial strategy, including accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, treasury, and capital management. With over a decade of experience in executive leadership in global finance, Shawn is well-equipped to support Beep’s mission and help drive its business transformation.

Shawn’s expertise spans portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, cost optimization, and delivering results in both mature and high-growth industries. His leadership will be vital in strengthening Beep’s financial foundation and ensuring the company is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the autonomous mobility sector.

Shawn’s prior experience includes serving as CFO at Signature Aviation, where he led global finance teams, implemented cost-saving initiatives, and managed mergers and acquisitions. His leadership in global finance spans operations in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Shawn holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University.
