Mr. Gopalakrishnan played a pivotal role in establishing the EV Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India over three decades.
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Rajeev Chauhan brings extensive experience from his tenure at Honda Cars India and Volvo Car India, where he spearheaded innovative strategies and elevated customer experiences. His appointment marks a strategic move for BYD India as it aims to strengthen its position in the electric vehicle market. His leadership is expected to drive forward BYD India’s initiatives in electric passenger vehicles, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and vision for sustainable mobility.
