Sanchayan Paul, a veteran HR professional with over 25 years of experience, has joined Network18 as CHRO-Designate.
Sanchayan brings a wealth of experience across various industries and roles, joining Network18 from Modenik Lifestyle, a PE-backed enterprise. His career includes stints at Reliance Industries, Thomson Reuters, Eicher Consulting Services, Hutchison Essar Telecom, and Vodafone. Additionally, he founded KaryaMitr, a tech-enabled platform for skill building and training in the vernacular workspace.
A post-graduate in management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a graduate from Delhi University, Sanchayan has also completed the Digital Business Leadership Programme from Cornell University.
Currently residing in Bangalore with his banker wife Lipika and their son, Sanchayan will be relocating to Mumbai for his new role.
