Leo Burnett India promotes Vikram Pandey and Sachin Kamble as its chief creative officers

Leo Burnett India, a part of Publicis Groupe India, has announced significant changes to its senior creative leadership, with Vikram Pandey and Sachin Kamble being elevated from national creative directors to chief creative officers for Leo Burnett, South Asia. They will maintain their reporting structure to Rajdeepak Das, who serves as the chief creative officer (CCO) for Publicis Groupe – South Asia and as the Chairman for Leo Burnett – South Asia.

Having served as National Creative Directors, Sachin and Vikram have played integral roles in Leo Burnett India’s journey, marked by the attainment of accolades on both national and global stages for the agency’s work.

In their new roles as chief creative officers, they will spearhead the creative development across Leo Burnett’s offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, aiming to enhance the agency’s creative output and contribute to its strategic objectives.

Vikram has been a part of Leo Burnett for 16 years, starting his journey as a junior copywriter and progressing to spearheading market-shifting, category-defining campaigns such as the launch of brand Spotify in India and the establishment of Acko as a modern insurance brand, along with the recent development of Airtel’s 175 Replayed campaign.

With nearly a decade of experience at Leo Burnett, Sachin has played a pivotal role in shaping some of the agency’s most notable campaigns, including the Bajaj V campaign, which earned Leo Burnett India its first effectiveness award at the Cannes Lions.
