He brings a wealth of experience to the role, boasting 28 years in the hospitality and retail industry. His background includes leadership positions at Yum Restaurants International (Pizza Hut), where he honed his skills in restaurant operations and business development.
Since joining DMart in 2015, Mr. Thomas played a key role in the expansion of the company’s food services sector, particularly in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He witnessed the regional store count grow from just 12 to a more substantial network. His promotion to General Manager – Operations in 2021 further solidified his expertise.
DMart’s commitment to its food services division is evident through this strategic appointment. Mr. Thomas’ experience and leadership will be crucial for its continued growth.
