Debashis Mitra has been appointed as President of Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions, leading the EV manufacturer’s three-wheeler division.
With over three decades of experience in the Indian automotive industry, Mitra has held key leadership roles in organizations specializing in both three- and four-wheelers, including AltiGreen, Greaves Cotton, Mercedes Benz, Toyota Kirloskar, Hindustan Motors, and Atlas Copco.
During his tenure as Director of Sales & Marketing at Mercedes Benz India, Mitra spearheaded the company’s expansion efforts, significantly increasing annual passenger car sales from 3000 to 7500 units and securing an impressive 38% market share.
