Narwal has recently announced the elevation of Amit Sahoo to the position of Vice President, Global Head – HR, Strategy, and Business Operations. Amit, who previously served as Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources, has been an integral part of Narwal for over a year.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience, Amit joined Narwal in 2023 with more than 19 years of expertise in the IT/ITES sector. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing HR functions for startups and mid-sized organizations.
Amit’s proficiency in talent management, organizational development, and leading diverse teams has played a pivotal role in establishing robust employer brands and driving organizational success while fostering a sense of belonging among employees.
Before joining Narwal, Amit held the position of Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Areteans. His professional journey also includes stints at esteemed organizations such as TA Digital, Cigniti Technologies, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, SiTEL, Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, and GE Money.
Amit holds a Master’s in Agri-Business Management from the School of Agri-Business Management and has completed PGCHRM programs in OB, C&B, and T&D from XLRI Jamshedpur.
