Livspace, the omni-channel home interiors, and renovation platform, have recently welcomed Sulabh Kulshreshtha as the head of the human resources department.
Sulabh brings with him nearly two decades of diverse experience across various sectors, primarily focusing on Tech-driven organizations such as E-commerce, Telecom, and consumer-facing entities like retail, telecom, and insurance. In his previous role at Nykaa, Sulabh spearheaded employee experience, Tech-HR, well-being, HRBP, and HR communication.
Throughout his career, Sulabh has made significant contributions to organizations such as Barbeque Nation, Arvind Brands (Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Sephora, GAP, and TCP), Reliance Brands, Bharti-AXA Life Insurance, Vodafone, and Enercon India (GmbH). He has held leadership positions since 2014.
With a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, performance and rewards, talent development, capability building, culture enhancement, and organizational effectiveness, Sulabh is well-equipped to lead the HR function at Livspace.
