The Hershey Company has named Luigi Mirri as the General Manager for India, effective January 1, 2024. Currently fulfilling the role of General Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, Luigi will now extend his responsibilities to include overseeing operations in India.
In his current capacity, Luigi, who has been in this role for the past five years, directs his team’s attention towards consumer and customer needs while successfully integrating various business units into a coherent regional structure. Noteworthy achievements include leading the brand’s expansion in vital markets like Australia, fostering a strong partnership with 7-Eleven convenience stores, playing a crucial role in stabilizing Hershey Korea, and steering Hershey Philippines and Thailand towards sustained double-digit growth over multiple years.
Before joining The Hershey Company, Luigi held significant leadership roles with another confectionery company, based in India. During this period, he dedicated substantial time to managing business operations, contributing valuable experience to his current role.
