Priyanka Agrawal, former Chief Strategy Officer of Fractal Ink & Managing Partner, CX consulting at Dentsu One, has joined Punt Partners as co-founder almost a year after her exit. Having been part of Fractal Ink’s journey from its inception in 2010 to its integration into the Dentsu group in 2016, Priyanka brings a wealth of experience.
Before her time at Dentsu, Priyanka held design roles at The Daily Mail Group Trust (DMGT) in London. Following her departure from Dentsu, she founded Forward Slash, an innovation consulting practice specializing in digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies in the US.
Now, at Punt Partners, Priyanka’s focus will be on building a new consult practice that seamlessly combines innovation, design, and technology to create exceptional customer interventions for brands. Her primary market focus will be in North America.
Priyanka said “I had been avidly following Punt’s journey from inception as a well-wisher and cheerleader having known Sidharth over the last six years. We had spoken many times as Sid & Madhu brainstormed with me about the role of transformation conversations in successful CX outcomes. I felt strongly that the Punt journey as envisaged is a great opportunity to leverage technology, data & design for great outcomes for brands.”
