His impressive track record includes successful launches and scaling of consumer brands through multiple channels, showcasing a deep understanding of global best practices and international markets.

Damani will lead the charge to achieve a remarkable three-fold growth in the upcoming years. As the commercial director, he will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing annual revenue and P&L, playing a pivotal role in driving Triumph’s next phase of growth in India and Sri Lanka.
With an impressive background, Damani previously served as the country head of Le Creuset, where he made significant contributions to expanding the brand’s footprint across various channels, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, hospitality, and corporate sectors. His journey began at Reebok, where he honed his skills during a five-year tenure, focusing on retail operations, sales, and key account management. Notably, Damani played a crucial role in the successful implementation of Adidas’ global retail training and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in India. His extensive experience and achievements position him as a valuable asset to drive Triumph International’s growth and success in the region.
